Account Deletion

If you created an account in a LogicMind product (including GetIt.), you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from within the app or from this page.

How to request deletion

Send us an email using the button below and include the requested details. This helps us verify ownership and locate your account.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Account email (required)
• User ID (if known)
• App name (e.g., GetIt.) and platform (iOS or Android)
• A confirmation statement: "I understand this action is permanent and irreversible."

What happens next

• We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership.
• Once verified, we will begin processing your deletion request and confirm via email.
• We typically acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete deletion as soon as reasonably possible, subject to verification and legal obligations.

Data removal scope

We delete your account and associated personal data from our active systems. Some residual data may remain in backups for a limited period and will be purged per our standard retention schedules. We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., records needed for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance).
